Who we are
FoxInAI ("we", "us") runs the website foxinai.in and is building an AI tutoring platform for FRM, CFA and CS exam candidates. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at founder@foxinai.in.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- The exam and level you're preparing for, and roughly when your exam is
- Your consent to receive launch emails, and when you gave it
If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can reply. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.
Why we use it
- To invite you to early access and send you updates about FoxInAI's launch
- To decide which exams and features to prioritise
- To reply to messages you send us
We process this data based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell your personal data, and we don't share it for others' marketing.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run this website:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and handles email routing.
- Web3Forms delivers waitlist form submissions to our inbox.
- Google provides our email inbox and the fonts used on this site.
These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us. Some of them may process data outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until FoxInAI launches and for up to 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or update it
- Ask us to delete it and remove you from the waitlist
- Withdraw your consent to emails at any time
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf
To do any of this, email founder@foxinai.in from the address you signed up with. We'll respond as soon as we can, and within 30 days.
Grievances
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, email founder@foxinai.in with the subject "Privacy grievance". If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
This website is served only over HTTPS. Access to waitlist data is limited to the FoxInAI team.
Children
The waitlist is intended for people aged 18 and over. If you're under 18, please join with a parent's or guardian's consent.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll email people on the waitlist.
